In this pivotal position, you will drive strategic direction and oversee the delivery of top-tier clinical services. Your expertise will ensure our operations are efficient, compliant, and focused on providing outstanding care to those we serve.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Visionary Leadership: Direct the operations and strategic planning for VNAO Homecare, Hospice, and Specialized Care, ensuring exceptional care delivery across all programs.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets and financial performance, driving efficiencies and value within our services.
  • Quality Champion: Design and implement initiatives that elevate service quality and improve patient outcomes.
  • Regulatory Navigator: Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Project Innovator: Lead critical initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and the launch of new programs, to propel VNA Health Group forward.
  • Team Builder: Inspire and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes engagement and professional development.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Clinical Expertise: Licensed clinician (RN, PT, OT, SLP) with a Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in Home Health, Hospice or Community Health, with significant leadership experience.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to exceptional service.
